scope of works
This void was a 4 Bed 3 Storey plus loft extension Victorian house, there had been a eviction order served on the previous occupier who left leaving an extensive clearance. The property needed a decent homes kitchen, the upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room needed upgraded. The electrics needed updating that included having the kitchen rewired, a new consumer unit was installed. All doors and windows were overhauled, before carrying out full decorations to the property including staircases. This was a challenging project due to the size of the property and the budget set by our client. Client was very pleased with the finished outcome and was very impressed that this work was completed within 10 working days.
