Void refurbishment, The void had previously suffered from a fire and had some serious smoke damage.
Our void team completed a thorough clean to all rooms before rewiring all electrics, and installing a new heating system replastering all fire damaged rooms and fitting a new kitchen and bathroom. The completed void was returned to our client after just 14 working days. Our client was taken back by the quality of the works completed in such a short turnaround.
