The Ledger Building at West India Quays is a Weatherspoons pub.

The scope of works here was redecoration works. The redecorations took place in; the toilets, the bar, hallways, stairwells, three family rooms and external redecoration work. It was not possible for the works to take place during normal working hours as they pub had to be opened as normal.

During the project good communication had to be kept with other contractors as other works were taking place at the same time this was achieved and the work was completed to a high standard.
