The Project at Lawrence Close was the DDA adaptations of kitchens, bathrooms, communal flooring and decorations in sheltered accommodation to bring them to a decent homes standard. It was imperative that the site be kept in a good state throughout the project as residents were living in Lawrence Close for the duration of the Project. It was therefore important to ensure the health and safety of the residents of Lawrence Close and no Health and Safety issues were reported throughout the contract period and the resident’s satisfaction returns reflected this.
