The Project at Cable Street was the refurbishment of kitchen and bathrooms. This also included the installation of new boilers at each property. During the project a strong relationship was forged with the tenants at all three of the properties were works took place. This was due to the considerate manner in which the work was carried out to fulfil each individual tenant’s requirements.
