scope of works
This project was for the major external redecoration and repairs to a luxury hotel in the heart of Coventry. This 4* country house was originally built as a shooting lodge of the Brandon manor house and has a grade II listed classification.
Set in beautiful countryside, the hotel has 120 rooms on a 17 acre property. The redecoration and repair works included application of specialist spray coatings, joinery repairs, slate roof repairs, felt roof repairs, specialist brickwork repairs, steelwork fabrication and a window care resin repair system was used. A fantastic working relationship has been attained between ourselves and the client something that we are proud of and always strive to achieve. Due to the nature of this project all our workmen ensured that they were considerate when carry out the works so as not to disturb the guests staying at the hotel.
