Set in an outstanding position above its own terraced gardens, the Glenburn enjoys a superb panorama across the waters of Rothesay Bay to the Cowal Peninsula. The project consisted of the refurbishment of four bedrooms in the hotel, including full electrical rewires and bathroom renewals. During the time in which the works took place it was imperative that the hotel was able to continue running. This was able to be achieved through good management of the project.
