New Lodge is in Regents Park, London. The work undertaken at new lodge was a full refurbishment of the property. This included the refurbishment of the kitchen and bathroom, full redecorations, underpinning to the building and renewal of floors.
For the duration of the works it was imperative that the property was kept looking in good shape. For example, no sign written vans were used or sign put up. As the building is in constant view of the public it was it was important that it was not obvious that works were taking place as the client was worried about attracting squatters.
