scope of works
Hanover Gate Lodge is placed in Regents Park, London. The works undertaken there were the refurbishment of the lodge including new kitchens and bathrooms and the redecorations of the lodge. As the property is located inside the royal park it was important that while the works were taking place it was not obvious to the public that works were going on due to the park being visited by tourists. This was achieved as it was assured that; no sign written vans were used and signs were not put up announcing the works. This was also important as the property was void during the time in which the work took place and therefore the client wanted to ensure that the public were not aware of this so not to tempt squatters.
