scope of works
The task in hand was the forming of an industrial kitchen for training purposes. Unit 6 was an empty warehouse with breeze block walls and plaster panelled ceilings.
The initial fit out consisted of a complete rewire of the warehouse, including steam resistant lighting. The walls were lined with Altro Whiterock wall cladding, and an Armstrong Hygiene suspended ceiling was fitted.
Together with a complete new hot and cold water services including a new boiler and new waste supply to service the sinks ,washers etc, (there being no previous drainage in the warehouse, this had to be connected to the external drainage system) The flooring was Altro Safety Flooring with hot welded joints.
The kitchen appliances were all stainless steel and consisted of sinks, cookers, extract hoods, preparation tables, fridges, coolers, dishwasher, hand basins and shelving.
