scope of works
In a prime location, right in the centre of the curving esplanade a hotel proud of offering space and comfort, as well as magnificent views of the bay. The project consisted of the refurbishment of five bedrooms in the hotel, including full electrical rewires and bathroom renewals. During the time in which the works took place it was imperative that the hotel was able to continue running. This was able to be achieved through good management of the project.
