scope of works
Burton Court is a prestigious apartment block in the highly sought after area of Chelsea.
The works consisted of fully scaffolding the external façade and three internal well areas, to facilitate safe access of the works.
These consisted of major repairs and replacements to the windows, gutters and rain water pipes followed by a full decoration programme.
Whilst undertaking this contract TCL were also awarded the contract to replace the communal water tank to the roof together with associated pipe work and lagging.
This project proved to be a rewarding challenge with regards to keeping a continuous water supply to the residents whilst constructing a new tank on steel supports in a new position and removing the old tank.
This was accomplished without any disruption to the water supply other than a 2 hour period whilst changing over tanks.
