scope of works
Ferrydale Lodge is a high quality warden assisted for over 60's. The facilities within the block are outstanding and include an alarm in each room, communal lounge, roof terrace and laundry. The block has a resident warden. The works which took place in the block were the redecorations of communal hallways and external redecoration of all previously painted surfaces. Given the nature of the works it was important that the block was treated with maximum respect and this was achieved during the project and no complaints were received.
