scope of works
The project at Brighton was the internal and external decorations and associated repairs to houses.
Building works are as follows:
- Gutter removal and replacement in uPVC
- Rainwater good renewal
- Brickwork repairs
- Elastimeric roof recover
- Timber soffit/fascia removal and replacement in uPVC
- Roof ventilation upgrade
Decoration works are as follow:
- Internal communal areas
- Fire Upgrading as identified by client
- External redecoration
These works are part of a cyclical decoration programme for Gateway Housing Association.
